  • 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm – Executive Meeting & Dinner – Learning and Wellness Common Large Meeting Room
  • 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm – Social Event in Camrose

Back 40 Distillery Tour

Are you planning on arriving the night of Wednesday, March 7th?  With an early morning start on Thursday, we know not everyone will want to wake up at the crack of dawn to join us! Knowing this we have an event planned for anyone who wishes to join.  From 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm we will be completing a tour of the Back 40 Distillery – a local distillery creating hand-crafted spirits. The tour and samples are free and transportation is provided. When registering for the AGM 2018 please indicate if you wish/plan to attend so that we can provide estimated attendance to the Distillery

Thursday, March 8

  • 8:30 am to 9:30 am – Welcome and Registration (Coffee and Muffins Provided) – Roger Epp Conference Room
  • 9:30 am to 10:30 – Best Of Presentation #1 – Roger Epp Conference Room
  • 10:45 to 11:45 – Best Of Presentation #2 – Roger Epp Conference Room
  • Noon to 1:00 pm – Lunch – Augustana Dining Hall
  • 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm – Best Of Presentation #3 – Roger Epp Conference Room
  • 2:15 pm to 4:15 pm UofA Sexual Violence Policy Workshop – Roger Epp Conference Room
  • 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm – Free Time
  • 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm – Dinner at Monte Carlo Restaurant – (shuttle service provided)
  • 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm – Paint and Pints Night back on Campus (shuttle service provided)

Join us after dinner for paint and pints night back on campus.  Norsemen Brewing Company (http://norsemenbrewing.com/) will provide Complimentary flights while our own Sarah McCrae guides our paint party.  Additional brews and wine will be available for purchase.  Please let us know you if you plan to attend!

Thursday Dinner @ the Monte Carlo Restaurant

Your dinner choices include:

  • Mandarin Dill Cheese Tortellini with a choice of jumbo shrimp or chic ken
  • Thai Penne with a choice of jumbo shrimp or chicken
  • 7 oz Sirloin Steak with a choice of Potato, vegetable, and soup or salad
  • 6oz Salmon Fillet (charbroiled, pan-fried or poached) and choice of potato, rice or vegetable
  • Chicken Cordon Bleu
  • Chicken or Pork Souvlaki on Rice served with Greek Salad

*When registering please select an entree. The server will then take your choice of shrimp/chicken, potato, etc on site.

Friday, March 9

Best of Award

If you are planning to present at ACUHO-I, the RLPA is looking for your presentation at the Annual General Meeting. ACUHO-I and the ACUHO-I Foundation recognizes high-quality talent at the regional affiliates and provides $1000 for each Best Of Award. By presenting at the RLPA AGM, you benefit from practising your presentation in front of peers, and, if selected (by vote of the membership in attendance), are eligible for a $1000 Award to attend ACUHO-I
