LEAD is an annual conference for post-secondary student leaders working in residence across Western Canada. Activities include delegate presentations, roundtables, case studies, keynote speakers and more! Connecting with peers from other institutions provides great professional development and even greater friendships.
Student Delegate: $190
Professional Chaperone: $275
Registration closes: October 8th, 2025 at 5:00pm MT
Registration fees cover conference costs, meals, snacks, and accommodation during the LEAD conference. Institutions are responsible for providing their own transportation, bedding, and items for swag swap*
We are currently limiting each institution to a registration limit of one professional chaperone (not including Fall Business Meeting attendee) and five student delegates to ensure all interested institutions can participate.
If we have availability for more delegates, we will notify registered institutions after registration closes.
Please note that no refunds will be processed once registration closes.
