LEAD is an annual conference for student leaders working in post-secondary student housing across Western Canada. Through presentations, roundtable discussions, case studies, networking, and leadership development opportunities, delegates build valuable skills, professional connections, and lasting friendships.

Hosted at Gull Lake Center
Located in a beautiful natural setting, Gull Lake Centre offers a unique retreat-style experience with cabin accommodations, community meals, recreation facilities, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow delegates.
Register your LEADers
Student leaders must be registered by an RLPA member from their institution.
Registration opens September 28, 2026.
Registration closes Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. MT.
The maximum number of student delegates per registered institution is ten (10). Institutions are encouraged to contact us should they want to register more than 10.
Interested in presenting at LEAD 2026?
Students are encouraged to submit a program proposal and share their knowledge, experiences, and innovative practices with fellow delegates.

Payment can be made credit card at the end of the registration process. Additional details will be provided at checkout.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to lead@rlpa.ca.
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been received.
