The 2023 Fall Business Meeting will be held at Simon Fraser University from November 2 – 3, 2023.

Directions to Campus 

Direction to Optional Social:

  • By car: Directions to 1920 Willingdon Ave By Transit: 
    • SFU Transportation Centre catch bus 144 to Metrotown.
    • Get off at Sperling-Burnaby Lake Skytrain Station.
    • Take Skytrain to VCC-Clark to Brentwood-Town Centre Skytrain Station.
    • Exit Train and walk to The Rec Room.

  • 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM: Breakfast – Dining Commons 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM: Welcome to the FBM 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Anti-Racism Response Training Session 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch 1:00 – 2:00 PM: Roundtable 2:15 PM  – 3:30 PM Staff Presentations 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM Tour of New SFU Residence Buildings Optional Social/Dinner – The RecRoom (Note: The cost of the optional social/dinner will be separate from registration fees)

Friday, November 3, 2023 (All Times PST)

  • Breakfast – Dining Commons 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Keynote Session 10:15 AM – 12:00 PM: Fall Business Meeting  12:00 PM: To Go Lunch Accommodation (Onsite) Simon Fraser University is offering limited accommodations on campus in the newly opened Simon Hotel. The booking block runs from Wednesday, November 1 to Sunday, November 5 (for anyone hoping to stay in Vancouver and explore). Cost Queen W Dbl Sofa and Kitchenette ($122.00 per night + taxes) Double Queen ($110.00 per night + taxes) Book early to stay on-site using the following information
