RLPA July Roundtable: Student Staff Training

The focus for this month’s coffee chat will be on RA/student staff training so please invite members of your teams who might find value in this discussion.
Topics include but aren’t limited to; How do you avoid cliques from starting within the RA team at training? Where do you take your RAs for day trips? How do you assess what gaps there were in your RA training? How to ensure training is accessible, from food to learning styles, audio/visual challenges, language etc.
